i can't belive that you have to have a busters pass to preform at the forks and they don't allow speakers anymore...but yeah I sorta do understand the rule about the speakers.

I know they stopped allowing speakers for busking at the Forks, and I understand the reasons, but it finished with busking, unless you don't need a sound system. But if it is about "noise", life instruments playing and singing can be as loud.
