Each episode takes us along a unique 100-mile journey. We may be en route to a cookout in sub-Saharan bush lands or to a tiny kitchen in a Manhattan apartment. As the mileage tics down from 100 we are introduced to farmers, fishermen, hunters and purveyors from around the world. Chef Danhi infiltrates their life and work -- farming, fishing, hunting and cultivating the ingredients for his meal, right by their side.
This is a great concept. Totally next gen kind of thing. Looks great - you're rock solid on camera. This is an easy channel to sub.
