In the begining was the WORD and the Word is power. By repeating focused flows of the decree,

I AM ( God in action in me) is made manifest through the decree. the Throat Chakra is the point of Spoken power, and in using in harmony with I AM, the effect is a higher level then unattuned awareness would desern.

In short i declare that "I" "AM" something and when i declare this, the I AM of SPIRIT in me transmutes the effect through my Christ self.
