Gandhi in Second Life, Joseph DeLappe, 240 Miles, One frame per minute.

2008 mixed-reality performance, media artist Joseph DeLappe's project to reenact Gandhi' 1930, 240 mile Salt March to Dandi in Second Life using a treadmill specially adapted for use in cyberspace. This machinima project is a collection of thousands of screen grabs automatically recorded every 60 seconds of the reenactment. This video is shown as a projected video installation.
