Bolton Bones Skateboarding

After trawling through old footage and finding i have a lot from Bones around 2003, decided to string this little number together, let me know what you think. In a way its about 5 years too late
.This is not a representation of riders current skills, a lot of the riders have progressed now and things have improved with a lot of new parks opening. It's a shame parks like Bolton close down because of lack of investment, its a reality the skate scene has always faced and people need to support their local scenes or we lose gems like this one, anyway enough ranting, sorry for any embarrassment, enjoy.

20th Birthday next monday = new skateboard? I've not skated in years but since Bones shut, and all my friends stopped, I had no-one to skate with and not many decent spots to fish out. American Football season has finished, might take a trip down memory lane. Inspired of course by this beautiful park I spent my younger teenage years in. Thanks for uploading this man.

@MrDerkderkallah yeah rampworx is still going on fine, got alot of new/different stuff and there hasnt been a sponge pit in years, got taken out cos rats were living inside it.

anyone know if rampworks is still about in liverpool? heard a bmw peg went through someones leg at the sponge pit, and it got shut down...but ive heard otherwise...

bones was a sick skatepark i knew the owner he was a great dude and he ran the skatepark for aslong as he could he was on the verge of bankrupt then stupid fucking pakies burnted it down before the man could sell it. he was about 50 the owner and he needed the money. thumps up if u miss the skatepark

its just mad bolton is nearley a city and theres a poochy little vandalised skate park why cant they rebuild it???
