We did not think to much of this place. The units being prepped for tenants were really nasty and the place is like a prison yard. The walls around it kept the breeze from blowing through so the 110 degree heat is just trapped. Nasty. No Thanks.

I heard they actually sent notices to residents prohibiting people from dressing in middle eastern attire. Say what? I thought Riyadh was the heart of the Arab world?

The compounds usually post notices that prohibit wearing of the Abaya and that sort of attire. The thought being the compounds are sort of separated sector with western culture. Women may wear what they like in the compounds. They are the exact opposite of what is allowed on the side of their high walls, barbed wire and armed guards.

@ganstadogg69 hey do u get housing allowance? if not then listen a simple compound house starts from 50,000 rial in which there r recreational activities like swinming poll, gym and spa etc

hey guys, i heard about this compound n i came to check if yutube have it n i found it lol, but let me tell u for all that money the place is horrible! toilets zerooo!!! according to the video! ufff I prefer the place that I am living, altough it's not a compound but has a nice n big toilet, comparing with this one! , and big berooms and super nice kitchen.. but ths one is super ugly!! I will check another one to se if all the compounds ar the same! ohh my goshhhh
