Actually David Shiga, who wrote the article, has just pointed out to me that I've made a small slip in my previous remark. Only one of the images was actually taken using the Hubble Space Telescope, (though they are all available on its website). The other two were taken from the ground; the first by astrophotographer Akira Fujii and the second by the Digitized Sky Survey. Sorry!
