NeuroActive Brain Bike

The NeuroActive Bike is an exercise bike that trains the body and brain for total fitness. The NeuroActive Bike was engineered by Dr. Stephane Bergeron, MD, president of Brain Center America (BCA) and a team of international brain specialists. It made it's debut in February of this year at the Lady of America (LOA) fitness center.

The NeuroActive Bike is designed to improve a user's memory, concentration, multitasking, and a complete range of mental abilities while providing a cardio workout, for both the body and mind, being dubed a "Brain Bike".

While riding a stationary cardio exercise bike you are presented with a computer screen that has an interactive brain-training software program displayed for your mental conditioning. You can then choose from one of the 22 brain-stimulating exercises to train different parts of the brain. These exercises include focusing on the areas of memory of names and faces, 3D visuo-spatial skills, concentration, word naming and arithmetic.

NeuroActive is designed by doctors based on scientific research which can help one to improve the processing speed of their memory and sharpen their brain so that it can perform at a higher level. If a Brain Bike is not near you then you may simply buy the software and perform at home with your own cardio exercise bike.
