how often would the maintenance be on it?

maintenance would depend on the owner use..for the love of it, someone would 'dry' wipe if everyday, but once a month, for a clean then every 6 months abit of a wax...without any maintenance the shine will last a year (depending how often used and getting dirty from racing)

Wow thats impresive! How many hours do you have into it, takes me 3-4 hours just to polish the flat section of my snowmobiles tunnel each winter!

from memory this took over 40 hours..it was okay..semi-rough-cast also client gave us 6 months to work on it ;-)
