Hi

You can use cookie cutter to make heart shape. If you don't have then you will have lot of work to do with your hand giving each and every kachori heart shape. Please watch my paneer bhurji recipe where I shared recipe of paneer bhurji pillows as well. I used ready pie crust and made heart shape kachoris. Have fun!

can i oven -bake it as i m not good at frying.....yes than wt tamp and how long....pls help...thanks...

Hi

You can bake but the texture won't be soft crispy like fried one. You can spray all kachoris with oil and bake at 350 F till outer layer is done...hope this helps!
