Dynamic breasts or animation deformity of varying degree, after partial submuscular or dual plane augmentation is commoly seen (up to 75%) and reported in literature. Muscle splitting breast augmentation has almost no such problem due to no muscle relaese from ribs. Technique has been employed to correct dynamic deformity in previous partial submuscular augmentation associated wit dynamic or animation deformity wiith complete elimination or major reduction of the problem.
