GF202020 MUGEN: Reisen U. Inaba [me] Vs. Cirno (Kokekoko)

This time, Reisen will fight the broken new Cirno. Why is it broken you ask? Well, first off, even though she only has 1000 power, her poweradd is off the charts, and can have full meter in about 3 attacks. Alot of her hypers are unblockable...and they do WAY too much damage considering how easy she can build power. Her Frog summon hits you all the time he's on the screen, not just once, and juggle you to hell and back. All of her attacks have Boss-level priority.

She can even perform an infinite in the corner by comboing one of her hypers with her ground pillar special. And if you can even hit her, she has a Guilty Gear-esque Burst that she'll almost always have power for, considering her poweradd.

..but one of her most cheap issues is her shoulder dash move. She's COMPLETELY INVINCIBLE during it, and it has a millisecond of cooldown. Also, along with that, she's completely invincible when dashing upwards out of harms way until she reaches the top. Coupled with her Shoulder Dash, she can just Shoulder Dash you to hell, and even if you block it, you can't punish her for it because she'll just do her invincible jump to get out of harm's way.
