Yes, exactly. It's a jab to all of popular Japanese music using PUFFY as a vehicle, which isn't accurate since PUFFY nor their cartoon are like this. I should know.

i read that the creator of this got the idea after watching hi hi puffy amiyumi. however this isn't a direct parody. i think they only parodied the name

And laugh out loud at anyone who thinks this is a parody of PUFFY. I liked this sketch, but it's not parodying PUFFY, as they don't act like this at all. Well, sometimes they speak in high voices to each other for fun, since they're good friends, but otherwise they're very down to earth.

This is making fun of generic Japanese cutesy girl culture. Only "Fluffy" is close to "PUFFY". I don't even understand the "Jump Spoon" part; just random English
