  • I found one article in American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine Vol 179. pp. 962-966, (2009) - Don't know if the particular exercise described here refers to the same..

  • I also would like to get the link to this article. This exercise will not harm anyone, it will only serve to strengthen the various muscles involved. Snoring due to laxity of muscles may be helped...

    Thanks

  • This video will be very helpful to anyone who dosen't know that they can do these exercises to help them with sleep apnea. It has helped me. Thanks!

  • Hello How long do you need to do the exercises? Would it be for the length of time shown in the video? Once a day for 2 minutes?

    Thanks, J

  • I tried to post the link but the system would not let me do this. Go to the New York Times website and look for the "well" column.

  • This video is very helpful for people around the world. Thank you very much ('ขอบคุณครับ' in Thai).

  • This is about the only video I could find of the exercises in the recent New York Times article. Actually, I'm not even sure if they're the same exercises.

Does anyone know if they are?

And does anyone know of a link that describes the exercises in more details?

And how long someone is supposed to do them each day?
