@slicerprime Very well said! Elizabeth has held herself in the greatest of decency and very high morals. Something that can't be said for the younger generations, including her offspring. There will never be a monarch of such respectability ever again. God save the Queen! and God bless Prince Philip in his time of illness. Her majesty needs you Philip, please get better!

@morganandb2 Perfectly articulated! I couldn't agree more. Queen Elizabeth embodies so many virtues that seem devalued today. It is almost as if duty, honor, discretion, loyalty (etc) are so "old fashioned" as to be irrelevant in modern society. I often hear people speak of her as an anachronism...a dated throwback to a long outgrown age. To me though, she seems a fair bulwark, firmly set against the inexorable decline of a society hell-bent on shedding it's last vestige of decency and civility.

My Dad thinks the Queen has always had a beautiful smile. She seems so happy and especially when she looks at her husband you can tell they still love each other and that is so wonderful to see. She has always been a beautiful lady.
