Well, it's pre-recorded live, but I think the vocals are live.

  • Highly unlikely this was entirely sung 'Live'? Possibly Bev is really singing and the rest of the guys are 'actually' plugged in and playing their guitars, but they could not be singing the 'harmonies' because there are no mics in front of each of them? (Could there have been some unseen overhead crane type mics?) The actual guitr parts sound live because they are 'different' from the studio release.

  • @videogeekin Real live appearances were very rare in the 60s. Therefore I use the phrase "live" even though it's pre-recorded live. Shindig was mostly pre-recorded live. Well, backgrounds were pre-recorded and vocals were live.

  • The female is Beverly Bivens and she is the BEST of the best. Nuff said.

  • No one could use a square foot of floor space the way Bev could!

  • @dvromaniello nice to know he,s still arround.cheer,s!!!!

  • The guitarist on the far right is Bobby Jones. A really good drummer & singer who I saw play with Mike Bloomfield in the '70's. He's still around.

  • @MrDmarcus30 don't forget the guy who plays Biff Tannen on bass.

  • Sometimes they did the vocals live, but not the band because they had problems getting the sound right for the band. I guess this band was from Frisco.

  • I have to HAVE to learn her dance.

  • Word to Bev: Baby, you re the greatest.

  • That's either William Shatner or Josh Brolin on the 12 string... and R. Crumb on the Gibson.
