Funny thing is, Windows has a set boot set. And unchanged it is fairly quick. What slows it down is the user allowing everything he or she installed that slows it down.

You need to check your boot list. Its easy go to run type in msconfig and wow there is the list of everything that starts when your computer does, if you set it so only the necessary things start, the computer boots faster.
