Mariah Carey should be in the number 1 spot...

Betty Wright doesn't really have the agility nor the color in her whistle register to be truly creative with it. With her, it's either loud and clear or loud and shrill. Minnie was a marvel up there and did some very impressive and interesting vocals in that range. Debelah's coloratura is insane but Close to You is meh. There are better selections. Mariah is above all these women in the whistle register (Minnie and Debelah are her only rivals) but again, a better choice could've been made.

OK I'm actually fond of Mariah Carey and I'm ok with her being number two but I think you didn't pick the most creative whistle from hers. Just listen to Emotions, Bliss or a live version of I want to know what love is, it's so much more creative!
