As long as I dont have to pay the ticket i dont care what you call it. I am not counterclaiming for the money. I am counterclaiming to win and not pay for something that is not law. You do what you can. I do what I want.

from what i understand when you place a counterclaim the burden of proof is now on them and often they can't because they are defacto/frauds anyway. Good for you and don't listen to those that come here to insult you..let them build their own cages by their ignorance

WAIT......you're excited because your counterclaim got dismissed? Seems like the court is saying that no law, policy, etc. applies to YOUR counterclaim, meaning you don't have a legal leg to stand on. You do realize (or maybe you don't) that the original ticket still stands against you. And filing charges against the state that the state deems false will ALWAYS get dismissed, and could land you in trouble.....
