the sticking is RLRRL , which would be a variation of the 5 stroke roll (i think) but how would you count the lick? triplets, 16th notes or 32nd notes? sick lick!!
-
he meant to say that it is the first 5 in a parradiddlediddle

First five strokes of a paradiddle?

well not really b/c paradiddle is 4, if you say the first 5 of paradiddle, then anything can be a paradiddle but at the same time, I really got the concept by taking one hit off of the inverted six stroke roll with no rest

4 is not a paradiddle

RLRR in and of itself is a paradiddle. It's just a rudiment that allows the opposite hand to do the same thing.
