  • is that a remo head on your snare and how tight is torked down? im trying to get that tight pop sound on my snare help me out with some tuning

  • that was an ebony remo head...it wasn't crazy tight, the snare was a 3 1/2 x 12

  • First five strokes of a paradiddle?

  • well not really b/c paradiddle is 4, if you say the first 5 of paradiddle, then anything can be a paradiddle but at the same time, I really got the concept by taking one hit off of the inverted six stroke roll with no rest

  • 4 is not a paradiddle

  • RLRR in and of itself is a paradiddle. It's just a rudiment that allows the opposite hand to do the same thing.

  • the sticking is RLRRL , which would be a variation of the 5 stroke roll (i think) but how would you count the lick? triplets, 16th notes or 32nd notes? sick lick!!

  • he meant to say that it is the first 5 in a parradiddlediddle

  • thanks for breaking this down. it helps so much lol!

  • Thanks Marc. I like it because it's unique and original. Peace from Seattle~.

  • its 5, say university along to it wen you play it... slow ovb.

  • monster lick

  • no its a five note lick! count it. 4 is even 5 which it is makes it odd. a full paradiddle is usually when using both hands.

  • Its a full paradiddle. Par - a - di - dle

    You only need 4 strokes.

  • sickkkk!!

  • 2 all who would like 2 know the sticking 4 the lick it is as follows- RLRRL! 4 those thinking of paradiddles this is not a full paradiddle. it is half a single paradiddle with 1 extra note the Left hit. ok hope this helps all who made comments
