  • last time i quit i was off them for over 100 days, then suddenly out of no where found myself back on them again :( big mistake. i felt amazing when i didn't smoke! now i'm back to feeling how i used to feel before i quit the first time. after watching and doin what the doc says and pictured everything etc it got me thinking mad. i want to get off them for good and never smoke again. im going to smoke one more before bed, wake up tomorrow and watch this again and do my best to not smoke. peace!

  • I quit smoking a month ago today, the first week so flipping difficult, but then you get over it within the first week. All it takes in my opinion, is motivation and lots of willpower.

  • @graydays79 Make sure you get a good one. Accept reviews only from people who have had theirs for a month or so, not ones that just got theirs. The 7-11 Xhale 02 electronic cigarette is bullshit and can break with in a few days. Then you have to mail it back in but then again it does come with 4 cartridges so paying 20 bucks for the equivalent of 2 to 4 packs (depending on when it breaks) maybe an okay deal as far as your are concerned.

  • @BusinessEdgeRadio thanks for the info ill look into buying some ecigs thanks :>

  • (cont) So sick that it hurts very badly to even try to smoke. After about 2-3 weeks of horrible sickness your logical mind can take over and you can reason yourself to not smoke. Right now your mind is beyond reasoning (no offense, of course) but its true, that part of your brain is insane right now which I am sure you already now. I hope I was able to help and I wish you all the best.

  • (cont) the E-cig will not quit smoking for you but if you really want to quit it will allow you to do so better then anything that will ever come on the free market. I personally think the best way to really quit is to get sick as hell you have to get so sick that you cant move (cont)

  • (cont) it doesn't mimic the full experience of smoking like ashing and lighting the cigarette. When you smoke a real cig you know when to stop cause the cig dies out but an e-cig can last non-stop in a sense. I took single drag off the e-cig cause I wanted to see what it was like about a month back and for me personally it was everything I remembered smoking to be (even left the cig taste in my mouth after words) yuk *lol Anyhow my final verdict is this as follows (cont)

  • @graydays79 Yes and no see I used to smoked cigs for close to 10 years, I was able to quit cause years back after I had gotten the swine flue and I didn't smoke since. Lucky for me me I was basically unable to move for 2 weeks so after that 2 weeks I just never lit back up. My Sister has been smoke now for close to 15 years and she got this e-cig and its helped her cut back allot but she still smokes the reason for that is while it feels like youre smoking (cont)

  • @BusinessEdgeRadio noo i havent they good ?

  • @graydays79 have you tried the e-cigs?
