Twin exhausts out of a large single turbo? I saw the twin intercoolers, but the large assembly on top mystifies me. 12-cyl, four stroke?

Good video and sound, what had been the engine problem that was fixed?
Some relevant commentary on vids as good as thia would be excellent, describing various parts and whatwas done to affect repairs. What does anyone else think?
