lol!!!! this is not proper tai chi!! the instructor's elbows are too high, the movements are too rigid and not emphasizing the real technique of the movement. i respect david carrodine for his work, and maybe this video willo get someone interested in tai chi, but it is not proper- someone in hollywood must have thought david carrodine leading a tai chi workout would be a good idea.
