Introducing technology like hardware into the brain won't come without a price. You certainly won't have privacy anymore.
Imagine getting hacked by some smart ass with zits on his face, having the ability to fuck with your motor senses. Or erasing your actual memory.
Having to perhapse sell your dreams online.
There is ALWAYS a price.

@speadskater actually if you take time to parse out the personality of the God of the Bible, you might see that he encourages science and doesn't act irrationality, even if you don't understand it. it doesn't have to make sense to you. Also, as I said earlier, J. Hartnett's book gives a better cosmology. A better prediction and better explanation which is what sci theories are. Miracles aside, God uses physics much of the time. If such theory is off, it can be adjusted and more beautiful.

God is the solution to our problems, and he has graciously give us the wonders of science to solve problems of the physical world and the second person of the Trinity to solve the spiritual problems that also ail us in the physical world.

@speadskater problems do not fall to pieces by having a Creator. Machines need a creator. Perhaps then you are looking at the wrong equations. John Hartnett's about about the new physics will give you plenty of equations for an alternative cosmology based on the Bible if you so wish to sink your teeth in instead of spewing nonsense on youtube.
YHWH is not a random variable any more than I am when I write software or solder a circuit board.

Whenever God is in the equation the whole problem falls to peaces. If the equation is so beautiful and flowing as it is, why would we shove a random variable in there?.
