(Working calf, part 2--lariat rope) "Bertha" has tracked the bull calf for a while, now it is time to add the lariat rope. Time to see how she responds to the rope whizzing around her head. Randall does a lot of desensitizing exercises with all the horses he works with so "Bertha" shouldn't take too long to accept the site and sound of it. Randall steers the mare using leg pressure, freeing his hand for roping.

  • @HUntet02 Thanx 4 Ur comments. My husband has worked with horses for 50+ years & genuinely loves them. Randall is located north of Muldrow, Oklahoma. He raises, trains & sells his horses (several of which we grow very fond of). He uses natural horse training techniques rather than beating the snot of of the animal. I love filming him as I enjoy seeing him get in the horse's head &"lead" them into making the correct choices. He has helped others understand how to work/train horses & enjoys this.

  • Youve got a great way with them Randall, your a good man I can tell. Enjoy your talking/sharing many trainers never tell us what they are doing with hands/legs and I for one surely need that information. Enjoying your video's. Where are you all located?
