Wow, I didn't know that sound recording was around when these guys were alive. Unless the guy who made the video just made the voices himself, no that would be stupid.
-
why do the narrators sound like retards?

cool video, so classical liberals of those days feared the people (mob rule) more than tyrany. What a nice combination would they find mass democracy to be.
-
These are not refutations these are blind, meaningless statements of opinion.

John Jay was a FOOL. Owners of property are no different than anyone else. Wealth should not give anyone any more liberty, rights or freedoms than the poorest among us.
-
These are all great arguments against Anarchism (Anarcho-capitalism that is).
The problem is that they will need to be adjusted in order to bring out what anarcho-capitalist do not hear in them.
Basically, anarchism and anarcho-capitalism lead to war. Because without the state, society would be too loosely organized and unprepaired against a foreign invador.
Anarchism and anarchocapitalism may also lead to mob war, between the different entities of private police forces.

Did you do these voices. Fuck they're annoying. If Adam Smith talked like that, it's a good thing he wrote books and they didn't have tape recorders back then.
-
So the government's purpose is to ensure that the rich can continue to oppress the poor?

I'm against anarcho-capitalism, but this video was shit.
None of these even sound like arguments against anarcho-capitalism to me. Although I can't be sure about Smith's quote, as it seemed to be voiced by a toothless stroke victim. I could just as easily post a video of "The Gettysburg Address" and claim it to be a refutation of this video.

I think you should say "opine against" rather than "refute"
since they are basically just saying "I think this should happen"
