Why is everyone making a big stink about him not wearing gear? 1.hes not on the highway 2.hes not stunting 3.hes going really slow and thats a big street with no traffic and he does have a helmet on

@bigrich0926 They do it because people on the internet like to tell other people how wrong they are. It makes them feel superior when in reality they're feeble little dipshits surrounded by people that make them feel inferior.

Fall once = Gear Forever

@dumfart21 I got gear the following day. This was on a Sunday when all the motorcycle shops were closed. I knew the risks but was eager to try out my new bike.

@derbigpr2010 Yeah it sucks. I didn't realize it before I moved in but I live in a neighborhood of drones. If my grass isn't the exact same length as my neighbor's people complain. They all despise my bikes and my old muscle cars. Everything has to be the same.

They really hate it at Christmas time when I refuse to put up the same boring white lights that everyone else does. My house creates a gap in their otherwise perfectly decorated neighborhood and I LOVE IT!!! :)

And, yes, I bought all the gear and only then did I buy my bike.

Was I stupid at times? You got that right, though I could count the number of times on my hand. Did I smarten-out before anything happened? You got that right too. Now it's only ATGATT for me, I've only got one life and I plan to safeguard it while still enjoying myself.

@kryten @bigrich00926 You can kill yourself on an empty parking lot without wearing gear, I've known of too many.Many if not most of those who clamor for gear do so because they've experienced a crash themselves and either know what it's like to crash w/o gear or were smart enough to crash with gear and could imagine just how bad it would've been without it.All it takes is some gravel/sand/stones or a blind/careless cager pulling out in front of you or a dog jumping in front of ur bike.

@9andrei2 i ran into a lamp pole at 40mph, with full gear, my forks bent and my triple tree cracked, but i was able to stand up and call a tow truck, not an ambulance

@dumfart21 that is so true.. im a new rider on a 125cc and ive droped it at low speed .. gt my gear next day .. too bad I had to learn the hard way.. but now is all gd
