Nick: umm mine.
Selena: no for real! *she chuckles*
Nick: *offended* it's mine.
Selena: come on nick! Don't lie!
Nick: *he got up* I'm not lying! You can ask Joe!
Selena: nick I'm sorry i.. *she got up too* I'm sorry I just thought that..
Nick: *he got out of her room with her following him* yea. That it takes a brain and a heart to write a song. And since I'm a brainless heartless jerk..
Selena: I didn't say that!
Nick: but you were thinking it! *he opened the front door* bye selena.
Selena: nick i.. *he closed the door after him*
*with Joe and demi- in Joe's room*
Joe: oh I like this line. *he wrote it down*
Demi: look how about this melody? *she played some chords on the guitar*
Joe: try putting an EM after the last G.
Demi: *she played it* that's really good. Oh you can add this line. *she wrote it down*
Joe: I like it! *he smiled*
Demi: so I guess we're finished? *she smiled*
Joe: yea we are!
Demi: so.. We need to memorize the lyrics.
Joe: who plays the guitar?
Demi: I can ask Alyson to make us a CD with the music.
Joe: that'd be great. So we both sing?
Demi: yup.
Joe: so tomorrow I will hear you sing?
Demi: yea you will! And I will hear you.
Joe: *he smiled* great! *they hear the front door slam*
Demi: what was that?
Joe: I don't know. Come on. *they went down to see*
Demi: I hear noises from the kitchen.
Joe: let's see. *they got into the kitchen and saw nick* yo! What's up with you?
Nick: nothing! *he poured some of Joe's moca into a glass*
Demi: how did it go with selena?
Nick: it just went! *he said mad. About to drink the moca*
Joe: *he took the glass from him*
Nick: what the hell?
Joe: you ain't getting my moca if you won't tell me what you did to her!
Nick: why is it just me who can hurt her? Can't she hurt me?
Joe: she can. But she won't! She is nice. Unlike you!
Nick: well you assume wrong. She's the one who hurt me!
Demi: I think I'm gonna go ok? You guys have your bro's conversation.
Joe: you dont have to go demi.
Demi: it's ok. I'll talk to you tomorrow Joe. Bye. *she left*
Joe: bye! *he said while she left* now. What happened?
Nick: she didn't believe I wrote 'when you look me in the eyes'!
Joe: and?
Nick: she said I'm a brainless heartless jerk.
Joe: and you're not?
Nick: come on Joe! Where's the chance you said you'd give me?
Joe: *he sighed* I'm sorry. Look I dont think selena meant to hurt you. It's hard to get used to the new nice nick. The same as it was hard to get used to the jerk nick. Just give her some time. I'm sure she didn't mean to hurt you.
Nick: *he took the glass from joe* whatever. *he drank his moca*
Joe: look I think 'when you look me in the eyes' is a beautiful song. But you wrote it before you became a jerk. That's why she didn't believe you wrote it. 'cause she thinks you're still a jerk. Tell her when you wrote it. Maybe who you wrote it about.
Nick: I won't tell her who it's about.
Joe: why not? 'cause it's about her? *he smirked*
Nick: ppft! It's didn't write it about her! *he lied*
Joe: oh come on nick. I know you had a huge crush on her.
Nick: Joe you're imagination is growing! It's not about her!
Joe: ok. Whatever you say. *he left*
