Last but not least, to shed some light: vogue is from the East Coast, waacking is from the West Coast. Vogue is based on fashion, runway, etc while waacking is meant to take on a character and tell a story as if you're in a movie. New York is a fashion-base, Los Angeles is movie-based. It made a lot of sense hearing this at a meet and greet from Javier Ninja (vogue dancer) and Viktor Manoel (an original waacker from Los Angeles). They both shed a lot of light on the dances.
