  • @sacrededen Sprinting is anaerobic. Aerobic exercise trains oxygen utilization and strengthens the heart in a way that sprinting never will. It is prudent not to confuse aesthetics and health, or even performance, these things are not the same. Referring to how marathon runners look compared to sprinters, is just plain stupid. If you would split them open and compare organs, guess who would look better, my bet is on the marathon runner.

  • @sacrededen Lol, definitely, it's a little far out for most people, these things all do the trick, until we're in a bad situation, then someone tries it out and finds our they're the healthiest they've ever been! The world is a funny place haha
