Les Miserables 21st Anniversary Rehearsal Video - Original London Cast Reunited

Members of the original London cast reunite and join the current cast (as of October 2006) to celebrate the 21st anniversary of Les Miserables.

Original Cast includes: Colm Wilkinson, Michael Ball, Rebecca Caine, Frances Ruffelle, Peter Polycarpou, Sue-Jane Tanner, Ken Caswell, Clive Carter and Patti LuPone.

"Current" Cast includes: John Owen-Jones (Valjean), Gina Beck (Cosette), Sabrina Aloueche (Eponine), Sophia Ragavellas (Fantine), Hans Peter Janssens (Javert), Simon Bailey (Enjolras), and Jon Lee (Marius).

The actor listed as COLM WILKINSON is actually PETER POLYCARPOU, a very talented British TV and West End star. He's "Chris" in the original cast recording of MISS SAIGON, "Ali Hakim" in Hugh Jackman's OKLAHOMA! -- and he's in the films DELOVELY and EVITA with Madonna. Whoever produced this segment broke the reporter's cardinal rule: get the names right. Usually, producers have the interviewee state and spell their name on camera right before their interview to avoid this awful mistake.Oops!
