"If we're going to add speed to an exercise, our form in the exercise has to be exactly what we're looking for," says Glass. In this episode learn to "create speed and maintain posture" and move weight in the gym with "proper sequence and form".

  • Hey, i dont know if u r joking or not, but the only way you can get speed is hit the golf ball whit perfect accuracy 10,000 times. the speed comes from to many hours in the driving range, the swing has to be perfect each time, other wise u wont be able to control ur muscles. If u thing thi is not true, watch any boxer, or kick boxer training, and u will see how many hours they need to train.

  • Jason: Great follow up to the premier episode. Way to draw attention to scapular stability. There's a lot of scapulae flying all over the place in the gyms I go to.
