model tug boat the ''capt Jlum'' designed and scrach built by johnson Lum in 2002. built to tow his 14 feet kayak and family around hilo bay on the big island of hawaii. tug boat spec-lenght 6 feet beam 2 feet height 3 feet. 1-gas Engine Zenoah 26cc electric start, water cooled. 2-12 volt eletric motors, water cooled 2-large batteries, radio controled 6 ch futaba novak electric speed control. run time 2-3 hours. runing in hilo bay for 8yrs 70 miles of towing. weight about 120 lbs. video shot by daughter sara and friend mike. for more info go to hobbygardenhawaii.com .
