One of the wonderful things about your tutorials is that I can revisit them over and over and I learn something new each time. I am watching this vid again after nearly two years, I believe! You look amazing, Sam and I love the way that you describe things. I had a laugh when you said, "Make ya lips as big as you can make 'em!" Pam always overdraws her lips.
p.s. I would just die to have your hair. Ahhh!

I don't think you sound arrogant. I think she is mistaking your accent as arrogance. When I learned to speak German, I thought they were being rude at first, but it is just how words are pronounced and not knowing all the different sayings. Some people need to not be so judgmental huh?
