less weight more reps, wont get anywhere just doing 4, if you want size put it to atleast 6 reps, otherwise all your doing is petty much making your arms tired. as well lose the spotter, you shouldnt have to have a spot until your last 1 MSAYBE 2 reps....but other than that, pretty good pushing for your size

yeah im working on trying to get 90x6..
i usually only do this once in a while to see how many i can get, i normally do 70s or 80s

i have around 15% body fat so that adds the pounds on lol.
If I lost my fat i could get down to 160 or so
