KXII-TV out of Sherman, Texas reported on the efforts of Senator Jay Paul Gumm to pass legislation making repeat child molester subject to the death penalty. That bill was passed by the Oklahoma Legislature in 2006. The story aired on June 7, 2006, as the bill awaited Gov. Brad Henry's signature; the governor signed the bill into law two days later.
have respect for anyone who has the balls to say that pedophiles/Child Molesters should be executed by the government when there is no doubt about guilt..... Tax money used on imprisoned Child Molesters could be used to help underprivileged children instead of being thrown away on sick perverts,

It's not mob rule it's a representative Republic. The law was passed by electedd leaders and then struck down by dictatorial life time appointees. But I guess you prefer dictatorship.
