  • All I have to say is WOW, I really needed to hear this from someone other than myself! People go around saying they know business ethics and when you even mention something like this everyone thinks you are insane. Going to Digg, maybe the trend catches on....

  • You want to think of your client as your potential partner. If your conversation and body language show them that you want to work with them, not "sell them", then when you suggest taking action to move to the next step, they should already be inspired to do so.

  • NBC "Never Be Closing" . . .I love your perspective. We all should want to inspire our customers into action. Thank you
