I'm pretty sure this is just a midi file downloaded fromt eh net and played through the basic voices every PC has assigned for midi files. That's why it's so 'casiotone'. There are endless midi versions of songs available for free and hundreds of programs that can play them. If you go high dollar, you can even get all the instrument voices and this would sound like the original.
