@IntelligentNameHere This expat couldn't agree more. American comedy is shite. Will they do any more series of Gavin and Stacy. The yanks (not that they know it) have about 40% of their shows re branded or named the same with Americans, some do fairly well, some bomb. You just can't take a good Brit comedy and make it American, The Office worked and Dancing with the Stars is a number 1 here. But most fall flat. There was a great Australian hit Kath and Kim, it didn't make one season.

I fucking love the Americans "Wales, England" lol XD I met an American on holiday who thought Scotland was a small town just outside of London
-
"All the way from Wales, England..." Ha!

@keleseth
You're right, Russell Brand isn't funny. I'm glad that you, an American, told us how we English people glorify talentless people in our culture.
By the way, how is Justin Beiber, Paris Hilton, Sarah Palin and George Bush doing?

keleseth...
You think British comedy is no good compared to American? look at these some time:
Allo Allo, Blackadder, Open all hours, The Good Life, Only Fools and Horses, The Vicar of Dibley, Porridge, The Two Ronnies, Dads Army.
Comedy started in Britain, and it still is the best. You may not find it funny simply because you have spent so much time watching poor excuses for comedies that your sense of humour has disappeared up your backside.
