F1 just doesn't sound this good any more :(
-
@baddoer I think that is thah he refused to use traction control, regarding he was faster without it...that I think was why he had to work a lot with the wheel - he just liked it that way
-
Heck of a sound. What is should be...
-
My goodness that Prost Acer was a good looking car!
-
Alesi really could've done so much more had he been at the right team at the right time.
-
@NathanaelOctavianus In 2001???
-
@altroval Indeed, the 2001 Prost had Ferrari engines (although their cost probably contributed to the team's bankruptcy).
-
@altroval I was indeed thinking of 2000. I must have been drunk to not notice the giant "2001" at the top of the screen. I hang my head in shame and drink another litre of Jack Daniels. Then I'm going to hit the gin, pernod, vodka, brake fluid, and babycham. After that I'll sleep off (or lose consciousness) through until the morning and begin my day with absinthe and shots of rum. THen I'll drink seven bottles of red wine, a shot of tequila, a bottle of brandy, and a glass of water for health.

@MrThreshold2009 I think you are thinking of 2000 - not 2001. In 2001 Alesi qualified 11th at Monaco but did manage to bring the car home in 6th for a point.
-
@Finnishdude107 Yes, that was "left over" sponsorship from Gaston Mazzacane - whom they had fired in 2001. Fortunately, they signed another South American driver (Luciano Burti) and were able to appease them.
