  • My right hand has never gotten tired. But the thumbish part of my left hand gets tired from pressing hard on the neck to bar the frets

  • I play the ukulele and my left hand feels tense because it's it's always bent while playing power chords. The hands-clasped-rotating exercise helped a lot :D

  • Thanks for the tips! I'm just starting to learn guitar and have been having serious issues getting the angles down needed for the different chords. I believe these exercise will help a lot.
