Dear colleague,i like your video but please tell me what power do you use near the colliculus and if you have seen any sphincter damage with the XPS.

With regards to apical treatment, this is saved to the end of the procedure where the energy is reduced to 80-100W. Care is made to avoid damage to the sphincter. While I have not seen direct injury to the sphincter, I have seen in 2 men (older >80) with weak sphincteric control and musculature after treatment who had stress incontience- they were well treated with Physiotherapy
