Before the dravidian movement took roots in Tamil part of South India, Tamil cinema produced music whose peaks have never since been scaled. Papanasam Sivan's lyrics and MKT's singing resulted in numerous superhit songs. MKT was the first superstar of South Indian cinema.

This song is a rare one. I have not been able to figure out the song composer, movie details. If someone knows, I request them to write back to me.

In the song you can see the images of Sarswati and Devi in various forms.

As we know Saraswathi is our Goddess of knowledge. She carries a music instrument representing fine arts, a book that stands for knowledge and a string of pearls representing powers of concentration and meditation. Her seat is white lotus flower and swan is her vehicle. Swan is believed to possess the ability to sift(discern) milk(knowledge) from water(data).
