@aakaashbhai Same here, and I also had to tinker with the volume periodically as it went from being inaudible to unpleasantly loud... just on my laptops built in speakers.

Love the concept! Very stiff acting though =/

both the actors seem disconnected from the scene. This plays more like a web series then a theatrical shoot . This just looks like two actors just saying their lines. Nothing pulled me in.

movie! Hook produced by leonardo dicaprio's company. that would be a sick movie.

I believe the american movie makers were great in After synchronisation? Called ADR, why isn't that used in this movie..? I believe it would be more dynamic, at least the sound. Because I don't hear any shit! And that is so badly, because the cinematography was great!

Delivery is unbelievable. The actors must be the characters, live the characters, take their character's flaws as their own, the strengths, the weaknesses, the inhibitions, their fears. These performances don't sell me the moe

the should re-edit this and bring up the audio levels ... much too low. The actors looked good, but their delivery was un-inspiring ... agree with the earlier comment of being too "on the nose" ...true.

@thevalkyrie8 it's a school remember ... everybody gets a chance to participate. a "real' indie movie would be made with 1/10th the people..

The acting was not that good IMO. The actors knew who they were supposed to be but their deliveries were to on the nose and stiff. That meeting should have felt like Hannibal Lecture and Clarice. The lighting was excellent, although I would have started with hooks face totally in the dark and after every cutaway bring him out by 1/4. I love the steampunk tone and designs. Overall 7.5/10
I cant hear a thing.............. even with the volume at maximum :(
