@WiCloud735 by select folder i mean the one in your data named select.def. at first it did that to me as well, it crashed my mugen but after i replaced the old files by Muteki with Chu-nin's and left the copies in the chu-nin folder alone it eventually started working and next thing i knew Ky became my most aggressive character and has remained unbeatable by anyone on my roster to this day. I will not add god characters just beatable characters and i know a few who can beat Ky.

Edit: ok here's what you gotta do since Ky is still not working for your Mugen first off i think the Chu-nin patches are compatible with winmugen mugen, 1.0 no idea. second when you download Ky and his chu-nin patch copy the items in that folder and have it replace the items the Ky's folder. afterwards, put chu-nin's folder into ky's folder and leave it alone do not remove anything! finally, rename Ky's chu-nin.def to this.

ky_slash_chu-nin.def and the same to the character and select folder.
