Art in motion Paris France music by John Allen

The purpose of this video is to emphasize the fact that performance art is not static. It is having motion and real experience as its components. I have added jazz, another performance art to the sculpture's motion. Do the two combine? The still photography contrasts with motion analogous to one's point of view about music. Our present day dependence on pre- recorded music is counterproductive. The sound track was recorded form an impromptu performance, the improvisational art of jazz being the point of view. It's all performance art. When one looks at history there are a few occasions to treat the artifacts of that history as if it were part of a performance art production, then one can understand what has transpired....
