SL 65 AMG vs. C6 Z06

How a 2007 Z06 with Headers, ported intake/throttle body, and dyno tune slaughters a SL 65 AMG 472/452 to the wheels (Z06)...Bad run for the 65, it had an 11.9x time earlier in the day. Both cars did not run to their potential in this vid.

@FEGTTTSDH: Actually, they all have plastic. Most German and Japanese cars have plastic as well, including that Bugatti Veyron 16.4 with its plastic paddle shifters and half aluminum body.

I see a LOT of young people here talking about the Vette being poor quality, and that it's mostly plastic. As an owner of a BLACK 2008 Z06, I have just one question for them; WTF?? First, I have over 40,000 miles on it and haven't missed a beat other than an engine code issue when I first got it. My friend's 911TT's turbos quit, and another friend's Boxster has been in and out of the shop. Poor babies! New head gasket for another's M3. Another just traded in his new Maserati! Me?, no worries...

@FEGTTTSDH So does the Lamborghini Gallardo, The GT3, and a lot of others, but are you going to diss THEM? No, I don't think you will. I can beat ALL those cars when I'm on the track, and I do not have to worry about tearing up a panel. See? cost-effective...
