@noahhaverkamp You've probably found the answer to your question, but if not, the Song Thrush (Turdus philomelos) is Eurasian, and hence won't be listed in field guides to native North American birds. The American Robin is their closest North American relative (T. philomelos may be more closely related to some of the mesoamerican or neotropical Turdus species), and both species hunt for earthworms and other terrestrial and subterranean invertebrates with the same "freeze and run" movements.

This is a song thrush. You can tell by the way it repeats everything. But still, lovely.
