Edinburg CISD Spring Orchestra Concert - 2008 ... The combined EHS,ENHS, and JEHS Orchestras performed at the UTPA Fieldhouse on the ECISD Orchestra Program's Spring Concert. The Edinburg Orchestra Program is the oldest in South Texas (founded in 1952). The HS Directors are Dr. D.L. Butts, Edinburg High School; Moises Llanes, Edinburg North High School; and Cristina Gonzalez, Economedes High School(conducting the current selection). The respective Asst. Directors at the three schools are Efrain Flores, Jr., Joe Luna, and Brian Array. Edinburg Middle School Orchestra Directors are the following: Juan C. Menendez, Barrientes M.S.; Dixie Setti, Garza M.S.; Dr. Martha Kyle, Harwell M.S.; Sara J.Hobbs, Memorial M.S.; and Norma Cardenas, South M.S.
