Tendonitis treatment! I really wanted to make more lecture videos and finally had the opportunity to sit down and release another clip in this field.

For more information on this lecture there's a corresponding article to it: http://bit.ly/l1EvHb

  • hello! i m a guitar player and i think i have tht tennis kind of tendonitis... :/

i m desperate! i ve been resting 2 months now and i still have the pain!

i d like to know how long does it take to cure

and also if it completely heals...

    pls reply, thank you! =]

  • @VerticalWit If 2 months rest didn't cure it then you should try another method. Yes it can completely heal but if you develop it once it unlocks much easier in the future.

  • What do you mean about moisture is it high humidity?

  • @VerticalWit you have to rest it completely, i had tendonitis a few months ago and it took 10 weeks to heal because i kept using my elbows every 2 weeks to see if it was better..in which it wasn't..lol

  • @PrecisePresenter Thank you, I am happy I can help! There's no need for the flexbar when you are not afflicted. The way I see it the flexbar is helping for the tendons to heal back and after that's done you can focus onto strengthening them. For the biceps tendons that go to to the elbow I and many of the gymnasts I trained with figured biceps curling helps a lot. For the forearm tendons that connect with the elbow again, wrist curling helps. That's what you should focus on like once a week.

  • @PrecisePresenter Hello! Use it when you have tendonitis. Everyday 3 sets of 15 repetitions of both exercises I linked in the video.

  • @closetoimpossible то само за болка ли е или лекува? но баща ми каза че някакав кубинец треньор по лека атлетика в америка го използва това за конете за неговите спортисти и той бил най-добрия треньор в америка.

  • @TheRetardOnTheLoose Do occasional repetitions everyday even on your rest days. I call it "marking". I'll make a lecture about it to explain in details what I mean. The more successful tries you have the more stable and confident your moves will be. It would be wise to not overtrain because both moves are hitting your shoulders hard. If you feel at any point any pain stop and rest.
